I’m Lindsay Beauchamp (get it, BEAU place like home?) and I’m super excited that you’re here! I am a mid-20s, newlywed who loves all things home décor. Because we are on a budget (hello mid-20s!), DIY is the name of the game, and I am working to become an expert! My firm belief is that everyone, regardless of their budget, can make small changes to their home that can make a HUGE difference!
Growing up, my mom always made our house into a home with her tasteful, yet comfortable home design. Whether it was garland on the mantel, or Easter eggs on the dining room table, we always had an inviting environment to come home to. That is what inspired me to start this blog to document my own journey of making our house into a home.
With my super handy husband and some creative juices, I am working to bring rustic style into our blank slate of a home. I hope you’ll join me along for the ride! And just to throw another wrench into our lives, we are currently expecting Baby #1 in May! A beautiful nursery is now at the top of our list.
