This is kind of a fun post for me with Valentine’s Day coming up. We’ve all seen tons of Pinterest posts about Valentine’s Day cookie recipes, but how many have you seen about donuts? I love cookies, but personally I’d choose a donut any day. This recipe is so easy, that anyone can do it with only two ingredients. You may even have them in your pantry already. Let’s get going on this two-ingredient Valentine’s Day donuts!

Directions
– Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
-In a large bowl, mix the box of dry cake mix (no other ingredients) together with one can soda of choice. Mix together until there are no clumps. Pour bowl of batter into a gallon ziploc bag. Cut a small hole in one corner to pipe the dough into your greased donut pan.
-Bake for about 15 minutes. Let donuts cool in pan for 5 minutes before removing. Place on baking rack to cool. Once cool, frost and sprinkle if you would like! Otherwise, they are also delicious plain.
My husband and I don’t really do Valentine’s Day presents, but it’s still fun to do something nice for each other, even if it is as simple as these two-ingredient Valentine’s Day donuts. If you like this recipe, leave a comment below, and make sure to check out my other easy recipes!
